B2ACT

BUSINESS2ACT

BUSINESS2ACT supports companies from the industrial and service sectors in actively shaping their path toward the green energy transition. The project develops tools, templates, and methods that help companies make better use of energy audits as well as implement energy‑efficiency measures, renewable energy solutions and energy management systems.

Stakeholder engagement is a key component of BUSINESS2ACT. Companies, standardization organizations, and policy makers from 15 EU countries are involved. Through this exchange, the project strengthens European cooperation and promotes the uptake of its results in national and EU standards.

Through the application of the developed tools and methods, the project contributes annually to energy savings of 31 GWh and a reduction of 18.4 tonnes of CO₂ equivalents.

BUSINESS2ACT follows an action‑oriented approach by not only developing new solutions, but also testing them directly in companies, thereby strengthening energy audits and energy management systems as a strategic instruments for decarbonization.
